This holiday season, the Provincial Government of Bukidnon together with the National Offices, Private Companies, Government Owned and Controlled Corporations, Bank and School Institutions hope to strengthen family ties, attract tourists, give Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and major companies the chance to showcase their products and services, uplift the spirit of Filipinos and establish economic development opportunities in Bukidnon this holiday season.

More than one million Christmas lights will be displayed, a spectacle spread over capitol site. The Festival of lights offers live music, theater every Friday night. Local residents and visitors can listen to carolers and visit Santa Claus or just gaze at the spectacular lights. An array of snack foods will also be displayed.

The month long display of lights will start on December 1, 2012 to January 6, 2013. Fireworks display will be witnessed on December 1 and December 24, 2012.
