Religious Affiliation

Religion is a highly important social element in the lives of the people of Bukidnon. More than three fourth (3/4) of 77.42 percent of the population were Roman Catholics.  However, it does appear that other Christian groups have gained some ground in the province.  The second dominant religious group is the Seventh-Day Adventist.  They comprise 3.77 percent of the population.  Association of the Fundamental Baptist Church in the Philippines comprises 3.21 percent and other religious affiliations include Evangelicals 3.15 percent and Tribal Religions 2.49 percent.
