Fiscal Incentives to New Registered Enterprise
- 100% Tax Exemptions in Incentives for three (3) years up to six (6) years in a form of a discount from Real Property Tax corresponding to the 35% share of the province on industrial/commercial buildings and improvements, inclusive of what has been provided by the law shall take effect on the month of January of the following year after occupancy:
- 100% Tax Exemptions on the Real Property Tax for three (3) years up to (6) years on equipment, machineries and devices (other than those used for anti-pollution and environment protection) without limit on the value or acquisition price thereof:
Who may Qualify?
✓ Private Business Enterprise (e.g Sole Proprietorship; Partnership or Corporation, and Enterprises registered under an existing incentives law with BOI Certificate of Registration).
✓ Micro-Small Medium Enterprise (MSME) business that meet the criteria below and which are to engage in a business activity included in IPA List:

• Micro Enterprise: Up to Php 3,000,000,00
• Small Enterprise: Php 3,000,001 - Php 15,000,000
• Medium Enterprise: Php 15, 000,001 - Php 100,000,000
Nonfiscal Incentives
Through the LEDIP Office, nonfiscal incentives to Registered Enterprise are as follow:
- One-stop documentation for the simplified registration procedure
- Referral to existing technical and financial assistance to programs available through government and non-government organizations.
- Facilitation of outbound and inbound missions of investors;
- Assist potential and existing investors in: (1) securing of business, construction, and other regulatory permits and licenses; (2) identifying business and joint venture partners' raw materials suppliers; and (3) sourcing of skilled manpower and service providers;
- Assistance in site selection of LIPA's;
- Provide opportunities for micro and small enterprises to participate in trade fairs and exhibits, entrepreneur development and training, and inclusion in business matching.
- Such other aftercare services that may be afforded to investors, such as:
- Assist the micro-small-medium and large enterprise availing the "Barangay-Micro Business Enterprise" (BMBE);
- Other non-fiscal incentives as may be determined by the board.
